(RCR) Digital Humanities Research with Twitter: Acquisition and Analysis (3/3)

Note: this is part 3 of a 3-part workshop sequence. This workshop allows students to undertake hands-on work formulating Twitter queries, using the API to collect data, and analyzing that data with a variety of methods. Participants will learn best practices for organizing and storing data, how to share data sets, and some common analytical methods for understanding Twitter data. This workshop will be offered in person; an online version will be availble via Zoom on November 10.

Other workshops in this series: Introduction to Twitter Research (in-person, September 22; Zoom, September 29); Legal and Ethical Issues (in-person, October 13; Zoom, October 20). The workshops build on one another, but it's not necessary to register for all three in order to receive RCR credit.
