Making Learning Active (Course Design Series: Session 3)

During this workshop, we will discuss how to plan online course activities to make the most of synchronous course sessions and actively engage students in their learning. Participants will be able to share what has worked for them and workshop strategies to maximize student engagement (e.g., building better breakout rooms in Zoom).

This is part of Learning Innovation's winter Course Design Series.

Are you designing a syllabus for the Spring semester? In this series of workshops you will learn and apply a process to design courses in which learning objectives, activities, and assessments are aligned. Instructors are encouraged to attend all of the workshops in the series to get a head start on their Spring syllabus and gain a full understanding of student-centered course design.
