Moving from Bystander to Upstander: Bystander Training

In this workshop, participants will learn tools and strategies for promoting an upstander culture - holding each other accountable for behavior that is contrary to our values of inclusion and respect and detrimental to our learning and work environment. Participants will develop bystander intervention skills to help create a culture where harassment and bias incidents are less likely to occur.
