Managing Bass Connections Projects and Teams

This hands-on workshop will present basic principles for managing goals, resources, time, and people, with a particular focus on how these can be applied to work with Bass Connections project teams. Activities and discussions will enable participants to begin formulating their own strategies for project management and help them build a toolkit of approaches that they can use with their project teams and beyond. A panel of former and current Bass Connections project managers will answer questions and offer insights from their experiences managing project teams.

Location: Ahmadieh Family Grand Hall (Gross Hall 330)
Registration: Registration is limited to 2019-2020 Bass Connections project team managers.
Lunch: Lunch is provided for registrants; food preferences will be solicited during the registration process.
