Strategies for Successful Group Work

Learning Innovation welcomes you to join teaching consultant, Elise Mueller, in a discussion of using group work in your courses. Elise will explore why group work can be an effective pedagogy to foster collaborative learning and address the reasons it often isn't well received or executed (and ways to overcome those barriers). She will share best practices for forming and fostering effective groups, talk about group communication, plus how to think about evaluating group work.

Lunch will be provided.
