Unconscious Bias Training

This 90-minute interactive workshop is designed to help management and staff recognize and overcome unconscious bias that impede productivity and the building and sustainability of an inclusive work climate.

We can be consciously committed to fairness and equality and deliberately work to behave without prejudice, and yet still possess hidden negative prejudices or stereotypes. This workshop focuses on recognizing and acknowledging the process of first impressions and the potential for unconscious bias, how they can affect our decisions, choices and behavior. The training will focus on increasing self-awareness; deepening understanding of prevailing cultural stereotypes; exploring and identifying strategies for overcoming bias.
