This session covers the law and business of scholarly publishing, addressing how to navigate legal and business issues that arise from initial submission of your work to tracking the impact of your article or book. We will cover open access, copyright law, how to negotiate with your publishers to hold on to more rights over your works, and how to measure and understand the impact of your scholarship.
