Please join the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DivE-In) Council and the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) for a discussion on Dialogue, Conversation & Facilitation, based on the new OIE facilitation guide and a case study designed to walk through the guide. Participants will read both documents in advance and come prepared to talk through the scenario provided. All library staff interested in learning more about facilitation are welcome to attend. Attendance is limited to 25 people. Light refreshments will be served. This program is sponsored by the Professional Affairs Committee of Library Assembly.
