Engineering Research Workshop 101: An Introduction to the Engineering Village Databases — a beginner‑friendly session that introduces engineering students to the Engineering Village platform used here at Duke University. Participants will learn how to search scholarly engineering literature and explore the key EV databases: Compendex, Inspec, and GeoRef. The workshop covers how to navigate the interface, build effective searches, and locate journal articles, conference papers, technical reports, and other essential engineering research materials.
