Zotero is a program for managing references, creating bibliographies, and working collaboratively. It helps you to insert references into your text as well as a reference list at the end of your paper.

This workshop will demo how the program works with plenty of time for practice and questions.

Prerequisite: Download Zotero for Windows or Mac and the connector that works with Firefox, Chrome, Edge, or Safari.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Describe how to use Zotero to effectively manage your references.
• Understand a variety of to import references from websites, databases, and other sources into Zotero.
• Learn how to create collections, add tags, and organize your references.
• Connect Zotero to Word to effortlessly cite sources and create bibliographies.
• Explore collaboration options when using Zotero for group projects.
