This workshop is the final in a three-part series on open access publishing in the sciences. We will build on topics covered in the previous sessions to empower authors to choose journals well-suited to their research taking into consideration open access costs and federal public access policies. We will explore authors’ rights, ownership, and copyright when publishing, including Creative Commons licensing in OA contracts and clauses concerning AI training datasets
