Libraries Summer Camp information session [ONLINE]
Join members of this year's Libraries Summer Camp organizing committee for a brief introduction to summer camp and this year's planning schedule, plus time to share and talk through any session ideas. We'll provide examples from past summer camps, answer your questions, and, for anyone considering leading a camp activity, offer suggestions for turning an idea, interest, or talent into a summer camp session.
New to Duke Libraries or summer camp? If you're new to Duke Libraries or its summer camp and want to find out more -- or if you've never organized a Libraries Summer Camp session and would like to get a sense of what's involved -- this session is for you. That said, all are welcome to attend, and we'd be especially glad for past campers to join and share with others their experience as an attendee or session lead.
Want to get involved? If you know you want to lead a session this year and are looking for ideas or just help thinking through your plan, these sessions are great places for sharing ideas, getting early feedback from your peers, and finding collaborators. You can also pitch ideas and find collaborators through the Libraries Summer Camp team on MS Teams.
